BEHIND THE IMAGE

I am an artist currently located in Northeast Pennsylvania.  In 2008, I received my Bachelors of Arts degree from Elmira College with majors in psychology and fine art, with a specialization in oil painting.  I most recently graduated from Marywood University in 2012, with a Master's degree in Art Therapy.

I am passionate about creating art, and have displayed and sold my work as a featured artist in Scranton's First Friday event (November 2012 and February 2013.)  I offer to recreate your own custom images in oil, acrylic, graphite, charcoal, or digital mediums.  You can also view and comment on my work on my facebook page, at www.facebook.com/janinapetersart
